Since installation getting stuck, uninstall Office by running Fix it from the article given in the previous post then s tart the computer in a Clean boot state and try to reinstall Office. You may refer to the link below for instructions how to start the computer in a clean boot state. Note: Ensure to restart the computer in normal mode after this troubleshooting process.
