I am a Mac User who was forced to buy a new computer and this piece of software because these folks stopped supporting the Mac version. I had heard that the PC version was way more accurate than the Mac version, so that softened the blow. So far, I have not found this to be the case. Secondly, having bought the newest version, I am constantly and I mean at least weekly told that there is an update for it. On top of that it is a pain in the neck to start work only to find that you have to wait for an update to install.

The only reason that I continue to use it is that there are no other viable options. If Apple ever gets their voice-to-text tech working, I will happily get out of the money pit that Nuance has become. This software is sub-par by every measure. Easy to use. Good product. Much better than the version that I used many years ago. The box comes with a headphone set. Not blue tooth capable though. Easy to install. No one knows how it will work with Windows 10!!
